The St. Joseph Museums is a nonprofit 501(c)3, tax exempt corporation founded in 1948 and fully accredited by the American Alliance of Museums. The Mission of the Museum is to collect, preserve, and showcase the natural and diverse cultural heritage of the City of St. Joseph and the surrounding area.

The Black Archives Museum, Doll Museum, Glore Psychiatric Museum, American Indian and History Galleries, and the Wyeth-Tootle Mansion are all funded under the St. Joseph Museums umbrella.
Contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations to the St. Joseph Museums are essential to support operations, care of the extensive collections, education and public programming and acquisitions.

We do not rent or sell information to other institutions.

Donations by Check may be made by mail or in-person at any St. Joseph Museum location.
